Can I temporarily unblock a post on facebook?

I have one person blocked from my wall, posts, all of that. Shes still my friend though. This might sound strange but is it possible when writing a status update that I can unblock her for just that status update so that it appears on her news feed? Will she still be blocked for everything else? And can I at the same time temporarily block one other person from that same post? Basically I want to send a subliminal message to someone without another person seeing that I did so.
